Job Title: Technical Designer (Office Workplace Sector)
Location: Amsterdam, Holland | Office / Hybrid
Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Designer to join a successful interior design practice with an international presence, with offices in London and across Europe. In this role, you will provide invaluable assistance to the team, contributing to fast-paced and dynamic projects in the workplace sector.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Ambition to push technical design and innovation with a passion for detailing.
• Fluency with the production of information in Revit.
• Ability to oversee projects at the technical design and delivery stage.
• Confidence in communicating with clients, authorities, external consultants, and contractors.
• Drive design ideas and extensive cross-discipline collaboration.
• Capability and willingness to collaborate, innovate, learn, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the commercial office sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Technical Designer, you will be responsible for:
• Providing technical drawing support and assistance to the Creative Team.
• Collaborating with sub-contractors on technical aspects of design concepts during the pitch phase.
• Developing technical aspects of design concepts in the design development phase through collaboration with sub-contractors.
• Creating detailed project drawing packs.
• Ensuring designs comply with building control regulations.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure successful project implementation.
• Maintaining standards on-site.
• Attending sub-contractor and client site meetings when required.
• Developing commercial awareness.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest products and techniques to provide the best recommendations to clients.
• Advising and mentoring junior members of the design team.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years' experience, ideally in workplace Design & Build.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in Revit, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must have design & build experience.
• Confident in producing drawing packages.
• Proven experience in interacting with project teams and working in a team environment.
• Relevant degree qualifications.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
