Senior Technical Designer / Delivery Architect
Location: On-site – Amsterdam (large-scale 11-floor project)
Contract: Permanent or Contract considered
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Pattern: Site-based, 5 days per week
Duration: Project runs throughout 2026

Overview
Jak Consultancy is partnering with a leading international design and delivery firm to recruit a Senior Technical Designer / Delivery Architect for a major on-site project in Amsterdam. This is a long-term opportunity to join a high-profile, multi-floor development, playing a key role in technical delivery throughout 2026. This role requires a senior professional who is confident working on site and able to take ownership of technical coordination across the project.

You will be working closely with:
• Contracts Manager
• Operations Manager
• Head of Design Europe (visiting site 1–2 days per week)

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical delivery across an 11-floor large-scale project
• Produce, coordinate and manage detailed technical drawings in Revit
• Resolve complex BIM and Revit issues independently
• Oversee drawing packages and maintain high technical standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams
• Attend regular site meetings and contribute to project planning
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications
• Support smooth delivery from design through to construction

Required Experience & Skills
• Senior-level experience as a Technical Designer or Delivery Architect
• Strong BIM knowledge with advanced Revit capability
• Proven experience working on site on large-scale projects
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical drawing challenges
• Excellent communication skills – fluent English required
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams
• Comfortable working within a delivery-focused team environment

• Must be currently based in Amsterdam
• Available for an immediate start
• Able to commit to full-time site presence
