What you'll do: As a Service Designer at KVK, you'll dive into the Life Events program, helping entrepreneurs navigate significant moments like starting or ending a business. You'll closely collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative ideas stemming from customer journeys. With your colleagues, you'll visualize these ideas and create support for new service concepts. You'll work in short sprints, testing with users and adjusting based on feedback. You'll design end-to-end solutions that cross organizational boundaries and make choices that are both evidence-based and practically feasible. The result: validated designs that can be implemented immediately, delivering visible improvements for entrepreneurs.

Interesting position for 40 hours per week

What you’ll need:
Completed HBO/WO education
Several years of experience with Service Design methodologies
