We've got one eye on the lookout for a exceptionally talented Senior Art Director who knows how to come up with and turn ambitious ideas into unforgettable experiential realities.

As our new Senior Art Director, you’ll create the WINK magic by:
• Developing award-winning ideas and concepts for our interdisciplinary work.
• Leading the art direction across projects—from the first spark to final delivery—ensuring everything is on-brand, on-brief and visually exceptional.
• Bringing stories and concepts to life with creations that inspire goosebumps in every moment.
• Guiding and collaborating with designers, visualizers, spatial designers, showmakers, stylists, editors and more to maintain clarity, quality, and cohesion.
• Presenting and pitching creative routes to clients and internal teams with clarity, confidence, and passion.
• Contributing to thought leadership through mood films, decks, references, case studies, and internal creative culture initiatives.

While we’re looking for (very) out-of-the-box people, there’s a few boxes we need you to tick:
• 6–10 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Art Director at a creative or experiential agency.
• A strong portfolio that showcases visually striking, strategically grounded experiential work across live experiences, installations, branded environments, content, and social.
• Deep understanding of spatial, visual, and narrative storytelling—and how to translate brand worlds into physical experiences.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills that get clients excited about the creative vision.
• A naturally collaborative, curious, and wildly creative mind with the drive to push ideas all the way through execution.
• Based in or near Amsterdam (or willing to relocate).
• Willingness to travel internationally for shoots, site visits, and creative oversight.
• A good sense of humour—because life’s too short to take yourself too seriously.
