Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and promoting the company's range of architectural lighting products and solutions. This is a pivotal role for a motivated sales professional with strong connections in the architecture, lighting, or interior design industries and a passion for design-led products.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the architectural and design community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and developers.
• Present the company's products and lighting solutions through technical presentations, proposals, and project meetings.
• Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and project teams to provide tailored lighting solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client presentations.

Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the architectural lighting or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing specification-based sales.
• Established network within the architecture and design community.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and design principles preferred.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and client management skills.
