What youll do: As a Product Designer at Jumbo, youll design a seamless registration and onboarding process and create a personalized dashboard for Jumbo.com and the app. Your designs will be used daily by millions of customers, both online and in-store. Youll be part of the My Jumbo team within the IT department, working closely with developers, a Product Owner, and an Engineering Lead. Additionally, youll be involved in the Design Chapter, collaborating with other Product Designers and business stakeholders to create a consistent and improved customer journey. Your role includes exploring, understanding, designing, and validating customer and business goals under the guidance of a Senior Product Designer. Through design surveys and usability tests, youll ensure your designs meet customer needs. Youll work both from home and the office and will frequently be in-store for usability tests.

Tasks:
Designing registration and onboarding processes

What you’ll need:
A few years of experience as a designer
A portfolio showcasing your skills in flows, journeys, and user interfaces
Courage, vision, and ownership
Collaboration skills
Critical and curious view on design
Completed HBO or WO education in digital design
Experience working in an Agile environment
Proficiency in Dutch and English
Extensive knowledge of Figma.
