What you'll do: As a Junior User/UX Researcher at Nationale-Nederlanden, you'll dive deep into the world of customer behavior and needs. You are the detective who unravels the mysteries of the customer journey using analyses and observations. You conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, such as interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analyses. You collaborate with a team of experienced researchers and other disciplines to create customer-focused solutions. For instance, you might investigate the usability of new app features and share your findings with the team, allowing the UX Designer to take action. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow within various teams and projects, turning insights into opportunities for the organization. Participate in the NN Research Guild for professional development
Present and share research insights within teams
Support design sprints and improve usability
Analyze customer behavior and needs

What you’ll need:
Minimum HBO education in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Innovation
Demonstrable (internship) experience
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong collaboration skills
