What You’ll Do
Marketing Asset Creation & Web Design
• Design and produce marketing assets using Figma, Adobe InDesign, and Canva, including Digital content, Print materials, Sales and pitch decks, Campaign assets, product brochures, one pagers, Event collateral.
• Design and build high-converting landing pages, campaign pages, and lead-gen experiences using WordPress + Elementor.
• Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing pages to reduce technical debt and improve performance. Improve conversion rate optimization (CRO), page speed, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and UX across key pages.
• Independently design and ship responsive, production-grade layouts using HTML/CSS when needed.

Collaboration & Startup Execution
• Translate brochures, campaigns, and growth experiments into live digital experiences. Support campaign execution, launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
