Routing Design: Establish clear pathways for both inbound and outbound materials. Consider dedicated routes for forklifts and pedestrian traffic to minimize congestion and enhance safety.

2. System Setup
Warehouse Management System (WMS): Implement a WMS to track inventory levels, manage stock locations, and streamline order fulfillment. This system will facilitate real-time data access and improve decision-making.

Automation: Explore options for automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) to increase efficiency and reduce manual handling.
